Processing & Shipping Times

At Patricia Boutique, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders. All items are handmade to order, and we aim to dispatch them as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time (UK Only): 2-4 business days via Royal Mail

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard or Tracked Services, depending on the method selected at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected postal delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or peak holiday periods). Patricia Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail once your package has been dispatched.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking number (if applicable)
  2. Allow extra time for possible postal delays
  3. Contact us at patriciabotique1@gmail.com if your parcel is still missing after 10 business days

While we are not responsible for lost parcels once dispatched, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will try to update the details if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds as all items are handmade to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
