Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will do our best to assist you.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

All of our items are handmade to order, and we take great care in crafting each piece.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time (UK Only): 2-4 business days via Royal Mail

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

Are all your products truly handmade?

Yes! Every item at Patricia Boutique is 100% handmade, ensuring a unique and high-quality finish. Our knitwear is crafted with passion and attention to detail, making each piece one-of-a-kind.

How do I care for my handmade knitwear?

To preserve the quality of your handmade knitwear, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Do not wring or twist to avoid stretching the fibers
  • Lay flat to dry to maintain the shape
  • Store folded rather than hanging to prevent stretching

Following these care tips will help your knitwear stay beautiful for years to come!

How do I choose the right size?

Each product listing includes detailed measurements for length and bust size. Since our items are handmade, slight variations may occur. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Can I request a custom design or modification?

At the moment, we do not offer custom designs. However, we are always open to feedback and ideas for future collections!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. Your payment details are always protected with encrypted security.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking number
  2. Allow extra time for postal delays (especially during busy periods)
  3. Contact us at patriciabotique1@gmail.com if your parcel is still missing after 10 business days

While we are not responsible for lost parcels once dispatched, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
