At Patricia Boutique, we take great pride in the handcrafted quality of our knitwear pieces. Each item is made with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exceptions
In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, we will only offer a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
If you believe your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at patriciabotique1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will provide further instructions for resolution.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as each piece is made to order. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, we recommend keeping all original packaging and providing clear photos of the damage to support your claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
